MINETRAC® High Modulus Mining Geogrid

Earthmate MINETRAC® High Modulus Mining Grids are woven from the highest quality and modulus polyester filaments, coated with a flame-retardant additive. The Earthmate MINETRAC® High Modulus Mining Grids offer an expedient and reliable solution to underground mining and tunnel applications which require longwall recovery, highwall, roof and rib support. Earthmate MINETRAC® High Modulus Mining Grids conform to Fire Retardant Anti-Static (FRAS) requirements and fulfill all of the requirements of a supporting element in underground mining.

Vigortex® Asphalt Reinforcement Glass Fiber Geocomposite

Earthmate Vigortex® Asphalt Reinforcement Glass Fiber Geocomposites are high strength glass filament reinforced composited Geotextiles. The alkali resistant glass filament grids are knitted on the PP Polyester Nonwoven Geotextile to be square meshes. Earthmate Vigortex® Geocomposites GFC were introduced for Long Lasting asphalt roads construction, rehabilitation of cracked roads etc., It conforms to EN 15381:2008 Standard and is generally used between asphalt layers, cement stabilized layer or on concrete surface directly.

BASALFAB® High Strength (HP) Woven Geotextile

Earthmate BASALFAB® High Performance Twill Woven Geotextiles are manufactured with high tensile strength and low elongation Polypropylene yarns, which are woven into a twill network with high water flow rate. It resists to ultraviolet resistance, rotting, biological degradation and it is chemically inert to any natural bases or acids. Earthmate BASALFAB® High Performance Twill Woven Geotextiles are mostly used for Reinforcement, Stabilization, Separation and Filtration. This product could reduce maintenance costs and improve the performance of paved and unpaved surfaces.Panels can be sewn together in our plant to provide cross-roll direction strength to facilitate installation.

ENVIROMATE® HDPE GRI GM13 Smooth Geomembrane

ENVIROMATE® Smooth Geomembrane liners are made from superb virgin HDPE resin which is for geomembrane in GRI GM-13 standard specifically and produced along with over 2.0 % carbon black, antioxidant, and stabilizers to have superior mechanical properties and outstanding long-term resistance to chemical, ozone, oxidation, environmental stress crack, and UV resistance. ENVIROMATE® High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane liners are used in a wide range of containment applications to provides excellent durability and chemical resistance properties and are reliable in exposed applications, offering great ultraviolet protection and ageing resistance from the intense stresses of weather.

BASEGRID® PP Composited Bi-axial Geogrid (EasyGrid)

Earthmate BASEGRID® PP Composited Bi-axial Geogrids are square meshes of polypropylene (PP) and bonded with a High tensile Polyester Continuous Filament Non-woven Geotextile. Earthmate BASEGRID® PP Composited Bi-axial Geogrids are widely used for soil stabilization and reinforcement applications such as Base reinforcement, Subgrade reinforcement, Slop reinforcement and Embankment stabilization.

POLYDRAIN™ Drainage Geocomposite

Earthmate POLYDRAIN™ HDPE Composited Drainage Geonet is a composited drainage which consists of Bi-Planar or Tri-Planar Geonets made from HDPE resin with continuous filament Polyester nonwoven geotextile heat bonded on one side or both sides of Geonets. The combination of Nonwoven geotextiles and geonet offers an excellent system of “Filter-Drainage-Protection”. Earthmate POLYDRAIN™ HDPE Composited Drainage Geonet is installed behind waterproofed retaining walls as an effective drainage system extending to the entire construction surface, capable of uniformly and continually collecting infiltrating water. It also will provide you with practical solutions for a wide variety of groundwater and gas related problems in Landfill and Waste Management.

VIGORTEX® High Modulus Polyester Geocomposite

Earthmate VIGORTEX® High Modulus Polyester Composited Geotextiles are high strength composited engineering materials for basal reinforcement and subgrade stabilization etc., The high modulus polyester filaments are knitted on the needle punched PP or Polyester Nonwoven Geotextiles backing. The needle punched PP Polyester Nonwoven Geotextiles backing will provide the Drainage and Protection function in the plane to avoid the installation damage to the polyester reinforcing filaments. As its compound nature of geotextiles, Earthmate VIGORTEX® High Modulus Polyester Composited Geotextiles are proper for the reinforcement of both Poor Drainage and Granular Soil. Its excellent in-plane drainage function promotes an increase in shear strength and significantly reduce pore water pressure to increase structural stability.

WALLSTRAIN® High Modulus Polyester Uni-axial Geogrid

Earthmate WALLSTRAIN® High Modulus Polyester Uni-axial Geogrids are produced with high molecular weight, high tenacity, polyester yarns using a precision knitting process. These geogrids are dimensionally stable and through a uniform network of ribs and apertures provide tensile reinforcement to the surrounding soil to provide the long-term design strength (LTDS) required for each specific application. Earthmate WALLSTRAIN® High Modulus Polyester Uni-axial Geogrids are woven and then coated with a polymer or PVC coating to provide dimensional stability and offer resistance to installation damage. They are also chemically stable and appropriate for using in aggressive soil environments which pH levels from 3.0 to 12.0. Their primary characteristic is excellent creep performance with low strain and high tensile strength under constant load.

PRODEWATERING® Geotextile Tube (Geotubo)

Earthmate PRODEWATERING® Geotextile Tubes (also referred to as geo-tubes, dewatering tubes, erosion control tubes, or geotextile bags) are cost-effective solutions for containment, dewatering, desludging and shoreline protection. They are typically composed of high-tenacity filaments woven together to function in wide variety of projects where dewatering of sediments and industrial wastes is required. Earthmate PRODEWATERING® Geotextile Tubes can be fabricated to custom sizes to facilitate placement specific to the projects.
