Vigortex® Asphalt Reinforcement Composite Glass Fiber Grids

Earthmate Vigortex® Vigortex® Asphalt Reinforcement Glass Fiber Composite Grid are high strength glass filament knitted on Nonwoven Geotextiles. The alkali resistant glass filament grids are knitted on the PP Polyester Nonwoven Geotextile to be square meshes. Earthmate Vigortex® Asphalt Reinforcement Glass Fiber Composite Grid GFC were introduced for Long Lasting asphalt roads construction, rehabilitation of cracked roads etc., It conforms to EN 15381:2008 Standard and is generally used between asphalt layers, cement stabilized layer or on concrete surface directly.

EASYGRID® PP Bi-axial Composite Geogrid

Earthmate EASYGRID® PP Composite Bi-axial Geogrids are square meshes of polypropylene (PP) and bonded with a High tensile Polyester Continuous Filament Non-woven Geotextile. Earthmate EASYGRID® PP Composite Bi-axial Geogrids are widely used for soil stabilization and reinforcement applications such as Base reinforcement, Subgrade reinforcement, Slop reinforcement and Embankment stabilization.

BASALFAB® PP Slit Tapes or Slit Film Woven Geotextile

Earthmate BASALFAB® PP Slit Tapes Woven Geotextiles are manufactured with high tensile strength and low elongation Polypropylene Slit Tapes. It resists ultraviolet resistance, rotting, biological degradation and it is chemically inert to any natural bases or acids. Earthmate BASALFAB® PP Slit Tapes Woven Geotextile is mostly used for separation and stabilization applications, such as parking lots, driveways, construction site entrances or under foundations and building pads. This product could reduce maintenance costs and improve the performance of paved and unpaved surfaces. We provide double, triple, and up to 5-wide roll sewing and can sew custom sizes and shapes from geotextile materials.

ENVIROMATE® Smooth Geomembrane

ENVIROMATE® Smooth Geomembrane is made of superb virgin HDPE or LLDPE resin which is for geomembrane in GRI GM13 or GM17 standard specifically and produced along with over 2.0 % carbon black, antioxidant, and stabilizers to have superior mechanical properties and outstanding long-term resistance to chemical, ozone, oxidation, environmental stress crack, and UV resistance. ENVIROMATE® Smooth Geomembrane is used in a wide range of containment applications to provides excellent durability and chemical resistance properties and are reliable in exposed applications, offering great ultraviolet protection and ageing resistance from the intense stresses of weather. White or Green color is available.

VIGORTEX® High Modulus Polyester Geocomposite

Earthmate VIGORTEX® High Modulus Polyester Composited Geotextiles are high strength composited engineering materials for basal reinforcement and subgrade stabilization etc., The high modulus polyester filaments are knitted on the needle punched PP or Polyester Nonwoven Geotextiles backing. The needle punched PP Polyester Nonwoven Geotextiles backing will provide the Drainage and Protection function in the plane to avoid the installation damage to the polyester reinforcing filaments. As its compound nature of geotextiles, Earthmate VIGORTEX® High Modulus Polyester Composited Geotextiles are proper for the reinforcement of both Poor Drainage and Granular Soil. Its excellent in-plane drainage function promotes an increase in shear strength and significantly reduce pore water pressure to increase structural stability.

HEXAGRID® Tri-axial Geogrid

Earthmate HEXAGRID® PP Tri-axial Geogrid is hexagonal structure with triangular apertures mesh of polypropylene (PP) to provide a fundamentally different structure than other available geogrid, delivering high radial stiffness throughout the full 360 degrees. The three-dimensional stress distribution acts in a radial manner at all levels within the aggregate, and leverages excellent stabilization performance in various projects. Comparing to Bi-axial Geogrid, the Tri-axial Geogrid distributes radial stresses much better. Earthmate HEXAGRID® PP Tri-axial Geogrid is particularly suite for using on the weak subgrades, and used widely for soil stabilization and reinforcement applications such as base reinforcement, subgrade reinforcement, slop reinforcement and embankment stabilization.

EnviroMat® 3D HDPE Turf Reinforcement Mats (TRMs)

Earthmate ENVIROMAT® 3D Vegetation Erosion Control Mat is a new type civil engineering material which be used broadly in maintenance of water and soil, can offer seeds and soil which have been put into them protection, increase the green area and improve the environment. Earthmate ENVIROMAT® 3D Vegetation Erosion Control Mat is designed to initially stabilize the surface whilst assisting vegetation to establish. It then goes on to provide long-term, tenacious reinforcement of the root system. Reinforced grass slopes have been shown to have an erosion resistance able to withstand current velocities in excess of 4m sec.

WALLSTRAIN® High Modulus Polyester Uni-axial Geogrid

Earthmate WALLSTRAIN® High Modulus Polyester Uni-axial Geogrids are produced with high molecular weight, high tenacity, polyester yarns using a precision knitting process. These geogrids are dimensionally stable and through a uniform network of ribs and apertures provide tensile reinforcement to the surrounding soil to provide the long-term design strength (LTDS) required for each specific application. Earthmate WALLSTRAIN® High Modulus Polyester Uni-axial Geogrids are woven and then coated with a polymer or PVC coating to provide dimensional stability and offer resistance to installation damage. They are also chemically stable and appropriate for using in aggressive soil environments which pH levels from 3.0 to 12.0. Their primary characteristic is excellent creep performance with low strain and high tensile strength under constant load.

TERRAWEB® Smooth/Textured Perforated Geocell

TERRAWEB® HDPE Smooth Textured Perforated Geocell is a light weight, flexible three-dimensional and expandable panels which are made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) strips. The High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) strips are ultrasonically bonded together to form an extremely strong configuration. It can be used for preventing horizontal movement of the filling materials and enhancing the material’s shear strength as well as bearing capacity significantly. The three-dimensional webs provide considerable weight distribution to support heavy stress without displacement. The Perforated webs also allow for vertical and lateral water drainage for effective drainage and groundwater recharge while avoiding erosion and surface runoff. Vegetation could grow through the Geocell structure rather than other environmentally-harmful possibilities such as pavement or cantilever wall.
